The MobiliseYourCity Emissions Calculator supports cities and countries in calculating GHG emissions in transport as well as developing and evaluating climate scenarios of passenger and freight transport for road and rail. As it was developed in accordance with IPCC guidelines, the Emissions Calculator can be used to generate an overview of the current situation and subsequently project the GHG impact of possible sustainable urban mobility plans (SUMPs) and national urban mobility policies and investment programmes (NUMPs).
