This study identifies and evaluates the existing port infrastructure and sites on the Patagonian coast of Argentina along the Atlantic Ocean. It analyses the technical feasibility of adapting them to the requirements of green hydrogen and Power-to-X projects, including the development of potential new facilities. Local port systems, docking, mooring, cargo operations, nautical access, land storage and industrial facilities are considered.
