This report provides a summary of climate change mitigation and adaptation measures in the Kenyan transport sector for the year 2018/2019. It summarises the greenhouse gas emission profile of the Kenyan transport sector and reports on the status of implementation of climate change mitigation and adaptation measures in transport. The report summarises the ongoing climate change mitigation initiatives at the transport sub-sector level and identifies the support needed to help the sector take greater account of climate change. The annual report was prepared by the Coordination Unit for Climate Change in Transport in compliance with the Climate Change Act 2016 with the support of GIZ.
