Cover IKI Bioframe Case Study Costa Rica

This case study was prepared as part of a collaboration between GIZ and UFZ with the aim to investigate policy instruments and implementation mechanisms that foster transformative change. It thereby supports the achievement of the Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), adopted at CBD COP 15. The case study includes a framework for transformative change, which was used to evaluate the financing instrument of interest, the "Fondo de Recuperación Urbana Verde y Biodiversa" (FRUV).
