The report presents macroeconomic assessments conducted for the impacts of dzuds and investments in irrigation systems in Mongolia. The e3.mn prototype model acts as a tool to develop climate-resilient strategies for policymakers to minimize the impacts of extreme weather events that harm agriculture and other industries, leading to impaired production and power outages. The model is based on specific expert knowledge and / or detailed sector models.
