The CRED Sectoral Policy Brief on Economy-wide Effects of Adaptation in Tourism and Road Infrastructure in Georgia provides insights about the macroeconomic implications of investments in two exemplary adaptation measures to climate change in the tourism and road infrastructure sector. The analysis demonstrates that investments in the (re-)construction of coastline protection and in the construction of climate resilient roads and bridges provide co-benefits for the domestic economy.
