Inclusive Nature Finance

The estimated finance gap to meet the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KMGBF) goals is US$ 700 billion per year, underscoring the need for scaling up investments, reforming subsidies, and strengthening financial mechanisms to effectively protect and restore nature.

Finance has been identified as one of the most important learning needs among conservation practitioners and policymakers, therefore, UNDP Biodiversity Finance Initiative (BIOFIN), NBSAP Accelerator Partnership and PANORAMA Solutions for a Healthy Planet initiative are co-organizing a series of online knowledge exchanges on ‘Nature Finance’ with partners.

The third webinar will explore case studies and finance solutions that benefit nature and nature stewards.
