NBSAP Day

NBSAP Day is designed to bring together a diverse array of stakeholders to showcase progress, share lessons learned, and explore innovative solutions for advancing NBSAP implementation. The event facilitates in-depth discussions among policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders addressing the challenges, opportunities, and strategies for effective NBSAP implementation at national and local levels.

Objectives

  1. Foster collaboration between policymakers and practitioners to accelerate NBSAP implementation.
  2. Address national and local challenges and opportunities for effective NBSAP implementation.
  3. Explore new approaches for integrating biodiversity considerations into national policies, economic sectors, and development plans.
  4. Share experiences in establishing monitoring systems and plans to enhance reporting and review of progress towards NBSAPs.
  5. Enhance national contributions to global commitments for nature.
