Weaving Urban Futures: Co-production of Just Climate Action
Climate action in cities can either reduce risk or relocate it. Too often, adaptation and housing programmes reach low-income and informal neighbourhoods as top-down interventions, leaving residents to bear the risks of decisions they did not shape. This session asks what it would take to make community-based climate action the norm rather than the pilot.
