Powering Skills for the Future: Unlocking Youth and Women’s Potential to advance a just transition

The session will showcase collaborative initiatives from participating organisation and partners that empower women and youth through training, mentorship, and decent work opportunities in the just (energy) transition. Participants will co-create strategies to integrate gender equality, youth voices, social inclusion, and decent work principles into national climate and skills agendas, ensuring the just transition leaves no one behind.
