Changing the game: gamification and socio-environmental education
Changing the game: gamification and socio-environmental education is a meeting that will bring together educators, institutions, and organizations that use games and other active methodologies as tools for socio-environmental transformation. The event seeks to establish a network committed to pedagogical innovation and socio-environmental impact, promoting the exchange of experiences, networking, and new partnerships around game-based learning.
The initiative is organized by ECOMOVE International, CIEDS, and Redes da Maré and funded by IKI. It will feature panels, working groups, and discussions around the challenge of connecting young people with socio-environmental issues, as well as the presentation of the project Climate Mission: Youth in Action!, which developed pedagogical resources on climate change for public schools.
