Implementing climate adaptation in cities

This event will showcase key initiatives and policies supporting urban climate resilience, highlighting Brazil’s national efforts to integrate adaptation into city planning. Speakers include the Minister of Cities, Jader Filho, the President of Caixa Econômica Federal, and the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Luciana Santos.
During the session, the Catalogue of Urban Climate Initiatives—a publication developed with support from the ANDUS Project (IKI/BMWE)—will be launched, offering practical insights and examples of sustainable urban transformation across Brazil.
