One Health approach in nature conservation in Central Asia – challenges and opportunities
The introductory webinar titled: "One Health approach in nature conservation in Central Asia – challenges and opportunities" will focus on connecting stakeholders across Central Asia, introducing the One Health concept, and showcasing key initiatives led by IUCN and other organisations at regional and national levels. Whether you're a practitioner, policymaker, student or researcher, this webinar offers a unique opportunity to explore the integration of human, animal, and environmental health in conservation efforts across the region.
We will welcome speakers from the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH), UNEP, World Health Organization (WHO), Institute of Zoology of Kazakhstan, and IUCN. The webinar will be held in Russian and English (simultaneous translation).
